Cressets’ Crete-Lease 880 VOC-Xtra form release agent was used in the production of the precast concrete sections of this 2,800,000 sq ft neo-futuristic office building. “A breathing, hollow concrete slab acts as the building’s floors, ceilings, and HVAC system. A total of 4,300 such slabs were used in the construction. Some of the slabs weigh 60,000 pounds (27,000 kilograms).”* The structure consists of eight buildings connected by nine atria forming a perfect circle surrounding a 30 acre park with a pond, fruit trees and walking paths.
The new $5 billion facility is one-mile in circumference and four stories tall situated on 175 acres. More than 12,000 employees work in this beautiful structure!
